Deleting Hopper + 3 Joey's at same time

Help!! I just spent an hour deleting 70% of my main Hopper. In the past, that would also delete from my 3 Joey's. It didn't!! How can I change that?

The Joey's read from the hopper. So if you still see it then it's either not actually deleted or you need to reset the hopper which will refresh the Joey's as well.
