I tried to call it several times this morning and it would just ring once. After the first ring, there was silence before it hung up. I finally gave up and found the 888-284-7116 number on the E* website, and got through instantly.

It worked for me yesterday. Had to put in a service call for LNB drifrt

Works fine here. Rings once then the guy answers "hello this is DishNetwork".

I guess they were just having problems earlier. I just tried it again and it worked fine.
