Will Dish acknowledge when they get a returned Hopper?

I printed the proof of delivery from UPS to the Dish Warehouse in El Paso. I noticed on the Dish website they have the same tracking number as the new one they sent me.
When I reversed the label as instructed, it was a different number.
I'm sure it takes the awhile to check them in. I just don't want to be charged for it.

It took a couple of months before I received an email acknowledging receipt of the Hopper.
