We finally have the dielectric plates in stock. The dielectric allowe the reception of circular C band signals.
The first people to get them are the ones who have purchased our C band LNBF, or C/Ku band LNBFs (DMX741, DMX741U) and DID NOT RECEIVE IT IN THEIR PACKAGE.
For the people who did not receive them, please email sales@wsidigital.com along with your full name, invoice number and address and we will US Mail you one ASAP and free of charge.
All our other DMX741, DMX741U, and our DMX241 LNBFs ordered from now on will have them included in the box. I have been getting many emails asking if our WSKU2C conical scalar rings include the dielectric plates, and unfortunatly, it does not. It only comes with the C or C/Ku LNBFs.
Additional dielectric plates will be available for sale in about 2 weeks if you want to purchase them for your non WS International C or CKU band LNBFs that did not come from us.
I'd like to take a second a sincerely appologize if we have inconvinienced anybody who did not receive it when they purchased our line of DMX C and CKU LNBFs. I will personally assure it will not happen again. This was due to a factory hick-up and beyond my personal control.
