Differences in pansat 9200's

i recently bought two more pansat 9200's. I put my orthomode bullseye feedhorn back on my 10' and am running multiswitch with ku on the 22k side. i currently have a 4dtv and three pansats running on it.

strange sort of thing...my old pansat with the s2 plus board gets a few points lower signal than my new ones. both are running same software version 12.26.
i thought it may be coax or connections so i swapped the receivers and same thing.

i wonder if pansat improved the tuners in the newest ones? kind of strange because on a couple mux's that are pixellating a little because of my neighbors trees- the new pansat locks it smoothly and the old one cannot.

My 9200 will lock up on AMC 1-12143 V 20000 whenever I select that channel(s). How does your act? You must have the DVB-S2 Premium Kits in the new 9200's? This may be the difference.

My pander did not lock up on amc1 ku.

Might just be my Panny 9200 is just getting tired. Broke down and ordered an Openbox.

Some pansats have weak power supply boards. Your may be getting ready for a power supply

As soon as the new box is programmed, The Panny will get a check up. And maybe the heatsink mods.
