digital conversion- extra time

It's actually nationwide, and it's only to broadcast PSA's etc to tell folks how to get DTV.

There was a report posted elsewhere listing some places that don't have the ability to fit into this plan (interference, etc).
 
They've had quite a while. The conversion was originally supposed to be in 2007!

I worry about people who won't have any signal at all due to stations running their digital transmitters at lower power than the analog ones, but I don't see the government doing anything about that.
