I have to say last year I had a tough time with Direc.
Customer service in my opinnion was losing its way.
They seemed to lose ground on customer service.
Making numerous errors on promotions offered then taken away.
An issue I had with them.
Outsourced on several csr calls.
Also Dvrs that were painfully slow..HR21
Fast forward to today:
Well, recently any call for packages or changes to my acct
have been placed to the USA. CSRs have been gracious and have exceeded my expectations.
No discounts or freebies asked or wanted. Just great service!
Also, I upgraded to the HR 24s.. 2of them.
While I was at it I added the MLB baseball package.
This is the best Direc dvr since I have been with direc since 1997.
I have to say its right up their with my VIP922.
Its fast smooth and everything ive been looking for in a direc dvr!
Awesome job Direc...
Plus, maybe its just me but the Direc picture is looking much better than
dish and Uverse HD..
Sports just pops off my screen!
Im a happy direc sub these days!:up
