Direct/Fios network

I just switched to fios internet. Got rid of my linksys router and now have
verizon MI424WR router connected to my hr20 -cat5 ethernet. My issue is the on demand worked fine with the old router but now is not downloading. When I check the connection on my receiver it says that it is connected to the internet. Anyone have this issue before and have a solution?

I think that is just a rebranded ActionTec; they make very decent gear so I bet its just a simple internal setup issue. Wondering why the tech didn't make sure everything was working before they left?
