direct hd dvr

I have just installed direct hd dvr and when i change channels it takes a while for picture to show up on my screen. after 3 of 4 seconds i hear the sound first then a couple seconds later the picture shows up. anyone else have this problem/solution. thanks

It's in the HDTV section of your menu under setup.

I had the same problem and it was corrected on one of the software downloads, I dont know which version corrected it though...
