DirectTV US reception in Mexico City ?

This was not possible cerca 2009 or 2010 (it was prior to that). However, has anything changed ? Is it still not possible to receive DirectTV (USA version) in Mexico City ?

There was a guy on one of these forums that had a set-up down that way, supposedly the 99/103 sats are able to be picked up down "south" of the U.S. easier than the 101 sat in some areas, need a way bigger dish though..........
