directv gemini power saving feature?

directv gemini power saving when it is on or off it looks like can I please have screenshot of both please
I honestly don't think any of these boxes with any provider use any less power when turned off. I think they have an off button so people don't have a fit they can't turn the box off thinking they are saving power.

in Menu>Settings>Device Management>Power Savings there are two on screen slide switches for Screen Saver and Power Saving. You can toggle the switches with the Gemini Remote OK button, or "SELECT" on older remotes. If the option is enabled the switch shows a blue dot on the right of the switch. If it is disabled, it shows as a white dot on the left of the switch.

The Gemini itself uses almost no power, so I leave the power saver off. I do let it go to screen saver if there has been no activity.

No, I don't want to keep my Gemini on all the time. I use my Gemini remote to turn on my Gemini, my TV and my AVR receiver with the on button. And I turn them all off with the off button. The Gemini through the HDMI cable should be controlling everything else. But the Gemini remote, if you program it for your other devices will turn them on and off via infrared codes.
But I sometimes stream music via my Google home account while I'm doing other things around the house. That sometimes goes over the 4-Hour limit.

I have Samsung to I think you can do it by their Go to Settings > General > External Device Manager > Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) and switch it off.

I think I remember you were trying to use an old fashioned DirecTV remote with the Gemini. I have used every kind of DirecTV remote over the years, and I find the Gemini remote to be superior to all of them. I especially like the voice command. When I occasionally need to use the Roku features of my Roku TV, I use the Roku Remote, and I use it to connect earphones when I am watching something my wife doesn't care about. But I control the video and sound levels with the Gemini remote.

Settings - System - Device Preferences - Screen Saver - Power Saving.
