If such a thing happened, I hope they’d let out those folks under contract. Way too big a change not to. Folks sign up for one thing, and the biggest bait and switch to date takes place.

I think of it in terms of why would ATT buy a surging company, and cut loose a dying company that they squeezed out every drop they could squeeze. That seems more big-company realistic to me.
