Don't know if anyone knows the answer to this question but why is it when you pick the choice xtra package which includes dvr fee and hd access fee and you add the hd extra which is $5 why is it that they charge the hd access $9.99 after you add hd extra?

If you are talking about the $49.98 Choice Xtra package, it adds the $9.99 for HD on before you add the HD Extra package. Here is how they come up with the total for that package:

CHOICE XTRA— Locals Included -------$57.99
HD Access ----------------------------$9.99
Total:* ------------------------------$67.98
Online redemption*************** -$18.00
Total: ------------------------------*$49.98

Keep in mind that this package does not include a DVR. If you add an HD DVR, it changes you to the PLUS HD DVR— Locals Included, since it is a better deal.
