DIRT Update

At Team Summit I mentioned how I met with DISH Network CEO Erik Carlson about the DISH DIRT team and how I was working to get the DIRT support back to where we use to have it.

Well I am am excited to report that Erik did not forget us or that meeting and I have been working with Erik and a number of people at DISH over the past week, and I am hopefully I will have something to announce about DIRT and SatelliteGuys within the next few days.

I am so excited. Thank you to Erik and everyone else!

No but if you act today I will send a free on off switch so you can turn it on and off when you know its recording.

Of course with the Hopper 3 you shouldn't care when its recording as you will almost never run out of tuners, which is the beauty of the Hopper 3.

Sadly, there have been a few times when somehow a set recording, didn't. I am referring to recording the remainder of a program being watched.

Yes, my Netgear Night hawk router looks like a small alien vessel is in my computer room in the dark. You can see the lights before you ever turn the corner to enter the room in the dark.

DIRT can't get here soon enough. I have a complex (well, to the chat agent, at least) billing issue that DIRT would probably be able to understand.
