Dish Internet Response Team. They used to frequent these forums helping out with more complex situations through private message. Then they were reassigned for the most part to Facebook and other online venues.

I've always thought a router can't have too many external antennas, but damn!

2 thumbs up to Caleb (DIRT team) for swapping my wired Joey to my Wireless Joey today (back to wireless for summer use), took just a few minutes which was much less stressful than having to call!

...and special sunglasses to be able to see the picture on the TV over the flood of red light emitted by 16 LEDs at full blast.

I'm not a fan of led lights. Went through the whole house and covered every single 1 with small strips of electrical tape.
I feel the same way about blue lights. At least red lights won't screw up my sleep the way blue lights do.
Not sure what BT has to do with blue LEDs, but I have used a fair amount of electrical tape to cover up blue LEDs throughout my house. I also tend to avoid products with them as well, when I can.
