Discovery Kids en Espanol - Counter-Program or Dubbed Simulcast?

Discovery Kids en Espanol and Discovery Viajar y Vivir ("Travel & Living") just recently launched. I'm curious about whether Discovery Kids en Espanol runs a separate schedule from the English-speaking channel or just a Spanish-dubbed simulcast of Discovery Kids, like Toon Disney en Espanol does from Toon Disney. According to an ad in one of the trade mags, both are separate schedules from their english counterparts & NOT just overdubs.
