Please help, I have a fortec star ultra lifetime software version 2.29 boot version 5.1. I cannot get this receiver to control my sg-2100 motor. My coship 2300 B is diseqc 1.2 and controls the motor very well and accurately.My fortec in my opinion is a superior receiver which according to the antenna setup menu is capable of diseqc 1.2 or usals. I have tried both with the sg-2100 along with re-boots of the receiver and re-setting the sg-2100 motor with a paperclip in the small reset button on the motor. The LED is green "stand-by " . When i send a "move the dish" command the light blinks orange "receiving command" mode and the motor does nothing. Is there a software bug with this operating system version or am i missing a step. Please help.
