I have both a 722 and 3100 receiver that I want to hook up to a 1000.2 dish. Will the 3100 work with a separator? If not, what is the best way to get all of these working together?

Thanks in advance,

the 3100 does not require a seperator as it is not a dual tuner. the 1002 lnb will work with most legacy receivers (cant remember if 3100 is one of them), but if it does not you will need a so-called dp-adapter installed. i wouldnt expect you to have a problem though, if you hooked your receivers up to this dish. just make sure to do a checkswitch.

You would only need an adapter if you had a dish pro set up. The 1k.2 is a DishPro Plus installation. You should just be able to run a cable straight to the 3100 no problem.
