So why the heck are they even bothering with E18 going to the 61.5 if nothing is wrong?

Guess we will find out sometime this year.
They probably are going to pair E15 Conus with the E18 Spot Beam at 61.5W. This would provide a more robust service at 61.5W and the potential to add more eastern spots since E18 has way more spots than E16.

Then, they could move E16 (a Conus/Spot) to 110W, 119W, or 129W depending on needs.
