Dish channel 4 has yellow screen starting at noon

I have lost Columbus Ohio WCMH channel 4 on Dish. It shows a solid yellow screen. This started at noon. I can't verify the OTA signal since my antenna is currently disconnected.

At 12:20 PM the yellow screen disappeared and the live broadcast resumed.

Yellow screens mean that the signal from the station went off. Once the station fixes its issue you go back to normal.

I wondered what that was because I get it on my Hopper every once in a while. No OTA
