Dish Dating

Spotted a winegard dish that someone might give me. Its about 8-10 foot across, its a winegard, the lnb cover looks like a white thimble the size of most covers. The dish is mesh and has some hail danage, the motor is black. The frame is blackish-gray.

1. Winegard any good?
2. What year range (within 5 years) do you think this is.

Winegard is good. Is it mesh or perforated? My guess is perforated. Without a picture on the page--- and looking at it from here I would guess it was engineered in 1993! Winegard Pinnacle. (That's the main one they made.) I would go 100 miles to get another one and if it was local and in excellent shape I might even consider buying it. {motor good, very little or no rust. no slop in the mount. co-rotor lnb clean. etc.} Get some pictures if you can and post them. Particularly of the hail damage. Holes can be repaired often with aluminum foil and contact cement or true aluminum duct tape (not the plastic type) dents and bends are harder to take care of, but doable. You will get the help you need here.
