Has E* already filed the Appeal? I heard them say they planned on it, but never saw anything stating they actually did.
April 30 is not a deadline for anything. The CAFC injunction stay is in place indefinitely.
Dish already had their appeal. They lost but have asked for an en banc "do over" with all the judges sitting in.
I could have sworn Judge Folsom gave Dish until April 30th to disable all infringing DVR's.

He did but the Appeals Court stayed all the injunctions until the process is completed.
That isn't my concern at all. I'm looking at strategic maneuvering of the companies for stock and telecomm sector purposes. Really interested on how this is going to play out, for personal reasons.
