Dish Hard Drive Question?

I have an old 942 receiver that still has a good hard drive in it and I was wondering if anyone knows if it can be used in a 622 or 722?

I'm not sure what type of hd the 942 has,I'm guessing it's ide,pretty sure the Vip models use sata.You could definitely use it an as ehd either way.If it's ide you would need an adapter,then I don't know if it would fit in the 622/722 hd bay.
