External hard drive

I just noticed this. I have two external hard drives connected to my hopper. In the past, I have been able to transfer recordings to and from these hard drives. Today, I am unable to transfer a recording from the external hard drive back to the Dish hopper hard drive.

Has anybody else seen this?

With your remote, press Home 3 times. Go down to Upgrade Software and select it. Let it go through its process and it should go to H392. See if that corrects your issue.

I actually did that today. No change of software version. I will give it another shot now and post the results.
