They get touchy about that for whatever reasons. Like it's something totally nefarious. The warned me not to try to sell my bad 722 that they let me keep because they didn't want to pay shipping back. I guess they thought I was possibly lying about it being bad in order to free it up to sell....

They got touchy when we said that we own our boxes they started acting like cops
... it's not like i bought it off of craigslist 
. i would think solid signal would be an authorized retailer
