Dish Net Receiver & Programming

Hi Guys n Gals,

I'm looking to be able to program a dish network receiver so I sorta don't have to worry about any payment hassles.

If someone could guide me towards the:

Receiver I need
The Smart Card I need
The Hardware I need
The Software
and perhaps a website or where to buy from?

I was told a 301 Receiver, 500 Dish and that's about all I know.

Your help would be extremely appreciated.
