Here is a recap of todays Retailer Chat.

Not much to todays shows.

They talked about locals and showed the same list they did on Monday's Charlie Chat.

They announced that Comcast Chicago will launch on March 30th and will be available to those in the Chicago area in the AT60+ and above packages.

Dish will be carrying Aztecka America starting on March 31. This will be available in the spanish tier packages.

The 322 and 522 will be available for sale by dealers starting tommorow. The MSRP on the 322 is $149 and the MSRP on the 522 is $349.

The 625 and 942 should be available for sale the first week of March. The MSRP on the 625 will be $349 as well.

Phew I just got in to my office in time was stuck in traffic.

The show opens up and Amir says todays show will be an exciting show, and they will have some hardware announcements today.

First up they start talking about Team Summit. They mention Rascall Flatts will be playing and announce that Reba Mcentire will be playing there on Saturday night.

Comcast Chicago will launch on March 30st it will be available to all .

Dish Network will offer an exclusive on March 31st Aztecka America to customers of their spanish tiers. It is replacing TV13 on March 31st. Aztecka America will be on EASTERN time.

Dishn It up program will be changing on March 31st, if you were turned down before you may be eligible after the 31st.

The 322 and 522 will be available for sale in April. (You can buy 522's already from DishStore.NET)

Now talking about Club Dish Now there is going to be a heavy push for Club Dish starting in April.

For new customers if they sign up for AT60 they get AT180 for no extra charge for 3 months.

They are now talking about the 625, Leslie says the only difference between a 522 and a 625 is the drive space.

Dish will soon be launching Dish On Demand. Movie on Demand will be the first category. When you press the DVR button on the 625 remote you will get a dfferent screen, choose movies and more you will be taken to the VOD menus.

They quickly mention the 942 (no new info from there)

Also on the 811 P285 will begin rolling out today it will be a slow rollout and will take awhile for it to roll out to everyone.

It appears that the LNB shrouds on the SuperDish are causing problems as bees and wasps are building nest there. Dish Network will be selling PEST STRIPS to put in the shrouds to keep bees away.

The 625 will be available the first week of April. They also hope to have 942's by that time as well.
