Dish Online Freeze-up

I installed a broadband connection to my 622 today without a problem until I went to use it. A pop-up screen came up with a "user agreement" , and when I selected that I accept the receiver froze up. Tried it three times with the same result. Called tech support, and he said they had notice on 12/19 there was a problem and hope to have it fixed in a few days.
