For some reason in the past week, theres been what looks like the picture is freezing up a little and what would appear as rain fade,But all may strengths are good and my Dishes point in to a 60 acre wide open field,so no chance of anything blocking signal. I've not noticed this on the 61.5 just on the 110 and 119. Its this part of the outage problem I've been hearing about?
