How long should I wait to cancel it after I receive my replacement Hopper? I guess that's why I'm getting free shipping for the box and return.
I doubt that this will include my local dealer when I need a tech visit. I would rather pay him than some random Dish tech they send from at least 70 miles away. At least the first month is free.

Different states have different rules. Illinois, for example, you can cancel it the same day, no penalty.
Random Dish tech means TRAINED Dish tech who has the most current know-how and equipment. You local guy probably doesn't
