I don't know of any.
But, let's see how my memory is.
Round or elliptical dish with single or dual output LNB, used for the 101 satellite.
Then came the oval with two Dual output LNB assemblies for receiving 101 and 119 sats. To this dish you could add the Sat C kit for receiving 110.
The the Phase II was introduced that integrated the 101, 110, and 119 LNBs on one assembly with oval dish. The there was the first 5 LNB dish, this was a weird looking thing with what decame known as the "sidecar". This added the 99 and 103 sats. Then the "Slimline" was introduced, which also was used for 99, 101, 103, 110, and 119. This was known as the AU9.
Now there is the SWMLine dish with 5 or 3 LNB assembly. This has one coax output for use with the SWM system.

Hope this helps and anyone please correct my memory if needed. :)
