yes the only way around this is if your account is tagged that you are an internal company tech.Even when the OP had everything already in place from a previously installed second Hopper!

The philipino reps can change their name for purposes of you just pronounce their real names. I remember getting transfers from "yellow in orange". Orange is one of the philipino call centers and she named herself yellow. Lol.
