Is Dish as "serious" about getting cell service as they were when they switched TWC back on under the promise by TWC to offer local weather scan by.. oh, what was it... 2008?

I think it is all speculation by Charlie. He is throwing what ever he can at these cell phone companies hoping that something will stick . I fear that none will work and the only way out is a merger with DIRECTV . It won't help in the end , because even a merger is just re-arranging the deck chairs on the Titanic -so to speak. The future is coming fast and with it all tv providers will have to change or die out. It is only a matter of time....
