IIRC they stopped doing that once they started rolling out HD LIL's.

I still get WNBC hd from NY even though I am in the Hartford dma. WVIT, NBC, is the only O&O in the market.

Dallas has local HD channels up already so you don't have to worry about it.

I knew the Dallas HD locals were up.

When we had Directv before we had both Dallas HD locals and NY HD channels. My wife liked it.
