Do most receivers have USALS?

USALS. I have a Microyal Mrx-1000 on it's way and I'm Wondering If it has this?

USALS is also known as Diseqc 1.3 or "Go to X"

checking the Microyal site

DiSEqC Control Version 1.0/1.2 Compatible

so no it does not have USALS
