Does anyone know for sure if SIC Notícias T12 15.0 degrees west went scarambled

I'm getting 130 ch's from there, most are scrambled. I don't see SIC Notícias . What is your freq/pol/SR I'll check it.
Good news is that SIC Noticias did not scramble their signal but bad news is that it's no longer broadcasting on that frequency. Just rescanned the transponder and sadly, only BNT Sat and TPA International remain! 
Will try to find out if it went somewhere else by blind scanning satellite(s).

Now scanning Hispasat to see if it somehow moved on there to be at the same location as TVI International which recently started broadcasting on that satellite. Not good as I have lots of Portuguese customers who were watching that channel.

OK that means their might be some hope, yes i made a good living from the Portuguese until dish came along
my friend the sic noticias no more on the t12 15 west only tpa and pampa for portugues .I like sic noticias but no more for now
