I bought mine off of ebay. Occasionally, I've seen one 'for sale' in the classifieds here at SG's.
They are also sold under the name Cyberhome, but they are getting scarce. I checked the place I bought mine on Amazon, they are out of stock. Here is the link you could use to do some searching on them. Watch out for sets that are headphones only, no decoder.

Didn't snooze, just had no use for one at the time. I'm trying to get a recently acquired turbo equipped box to pass AC3.
been there done that. Or even better something sits in the house for a few years, you dont need it so you chuck it. And usually within a few days you need it then.

I bought them off Amazon for $20.00 two weeks ago. Vendors pop up from time to time who still have them in stock. For the price, I like the quality, and I can finally watch PBS on 125. It also nice it has optical AND coax input. I hooked one to my GeoSatpro and one to my DVD player. Very cool through the headphones. I jacked the 2nd port through an adapter and into the TV
