No blindscan on the Qualitv, and you do have to punch in the freq. and s/rate but, it is best piece of equipment I ever purchased
for this hobby.

Yea, if that baby had blind scan and channel edit it would be the best there is, it's pretty close now.

Pansat is comming out with a new one, doesnt have blibd scan either though unfortunatly.
