He is SLIGHTLY correct, in order to change channels on the TV you will need to use the 811 Remote as the TV does not have a remote.
So in that aspect it is correct.

It seems that the monitors cannot receive OA Local high-def programming independent of the Echostar receivers. OA standard definition works fine.
