What is a quick and easy way to do this? I tried using EasyVid and downloaded videos in MP4, but the audio was skipping. I would be using the video for educational purposes (it cannot be purchased anymore) and would stream it at school but YouTube, like everything else, is blocked. Thanks in advance.

My favorite is KeepVid: Download and save any video from Youtube, Dailymotion, Metacafe, iFilm and more!. You can paste a YouTube URL and it will let you pick the resolution to download.

You can also setup a bookmark (mine is in my Bookmarks Toolbar in Firefox) to
Code:
javascript:(a%20=%20(b%20=%20document).createElement('script')).src%20=%20'http://keepvid.com/js/bm.js',%20b.body.appendChild(a);void(0);
If you are playing a YouTube video you want to download, just click on that bookmark and it will prompt you to download it.
