To answer your question, yes I believe they do. I think the 3-3 was the only one that didn't need a power inserter to work right. That said, I've connected up to 8 Wallys on a single Hybrid LNB using Dish Channel Stack splitters. No switches. When running 6 Wallys on two chained switches, do both switches need power inserter?
Without a switch, wouldn't all the receivers have to watch the same satellite? To answer your question, yes I believe they do. According to Dish Portal; Only the first switch in a chain needs a power inserterWithout a switch, wouldn't all the receivers have to watch the same satellite?
No. That has nothing to do with what channels are being watchedWithout a switch, wouldn't all the receivers have to watch the same satellite?
Without a switch how do you watch channels on the other sat ? You know the DPH & DPP have switches in them ...rite.No. That has nothing to do with what channels are being watched
Nope. The way the hybrid system works every Wally sees whatever satellites the LNB sees.Without a switch, wouldn't all the receivers have to watch the same satellite?
Because the switch is in the LNB. When you connect an external switch, it does the same thing except gives you more options to connect more receivers. how do you think a single cable running from the dish to a receiver? Allows you to watch any channel in your subscribed package?Without a switch how do you watch channels on the other sat ? You know the DPH & DPP have switches in them ...rite.
