I currently have a 622 upstairs and a 722 downstairs, the power inserter is with the 722. I am going to move the 722 to my upstairs location and cancel the 622. I just want to make sure it's alright to leave the power inserter in the current location with no receiver connected to it. Thanks!

Reviewing the installation manual for the DPP44 shows the RG-6 cable from the seperator passes thru the inserter from the host receiver and is connected to port 1 of the receiver outputs at the switch. Don't see where it's recommended to be operational in other ways????? Would be interested in other connection options.

Thanks for the quick reply!

I have the 722 moved and working as it should upstairs. Hooked it to the lcd with component cables.

I still have to route the hdmi cable to the theatre room downstairs in then morning, then the project will be finished.
