Dreambox 100 dm100 v2 need set up help

I am new to this and made a bad mistake,,purchased a Dreambox dm 100 v2,,,the box is not set up with N. America sats,,,I am having trouble downloading to my dreambox from my computer,,any help I can get would be appreicated,,,this receiver is not for beginners,,,THANKS for any help I can get
