Dtv Activation?

Hi guys i dont live in the U.S.A. but i would like to subscribe for dtv service, i have a reciever and card already. I have an international credit card so i can make payment online. Is there a way i can get them to activate my card? i like their service and would really like to subscribe. I am in the west indies. Thanks guys.
