DTV for Business - Can't place new order

Been trying for 6 hours to order new service. Each time, I'm told to call back in greater increments of time. At 8 AM, call back in 30 minutes. At 9 AM, call back in 90 minutes. at 11 AM, call back in 2 hours. At 3:15, call back in 24 hours. This is so typical of any ATT business. Wish my boss wasn't so hung up on thinking DirecTV is the best solution. They can't even get the phone lines working for the ordering department? THEY SUCK!
 
Claude may be able to help with this since he's a retailer. the the option is to try calling a company called DirectStar. they sell for directv and contract all their work to the HSP that (i think) works your part of the world anyway.

Thats interesting, in 25 years, I have never heard that one.
 
Maybe he is trying to contact a retailer that do not handle commercial accounts ?

No. I was contacting DirecTV for business. They gave me four other numbers to try and none could get through to the order desk. Finally got through the following day.
 
I bet you they don't install it, and make an excuse that they can't put it in.

I have access to the fulfillment system to place orders. 60% don't get installed and I have to contract it out to a local dealer.

If you still have issues send me a PM. We can do up to 10 Free HD receivers on business accounts.

Also make sure you put a referral friend on there.
