Been trying for 6 hours to order new service. Each time, I'm told to call back in greater increments of time. At 8 AM, call back in 30 minutes. At 9 AM, call back in 90 minutes. at 11 AM, call back in 2 hours. At 3:15, call back in 24 hours. This is so typical of any ATT business. Wish my boss wasn't so hung up on thinking DirecTV is the best solution. They can't even get the phone lines working for the ordering department? THEY SUCK!
