Can someone give me the number for Retention at DTV. Thanks!

The only way you can call retention anymore is to get a special phone number and a pin# from a regular CSR. You might have to play CSR roulette to get the pin#.

Call the regular number and when it asks why you are calling say cancel service.

That seems to put you right through to customer retention.
