Dtv wiring question

I am a prev Direct tv customer and currently with u-verse and have a dish mounting pole still and all the prev cables run to each room (1 line per room, maybe 2 to the main tv area?) my question IS : If I go back to directv and get a Genie as my main unit and 3 additional boxes to work w/genie in other rooms, will they have to run new (more) cable? Or just use my existing (assuming all is good with it, est 3 yr old cable)

The cable is likely reusable. What is the diameter of the pole? It must be 2" for the Slimline dish.

Judging by his sig, he had a slimline dish up so he should be good to go. Just swap a 6X8 for a SWM splitter it sounds like and he'll be good to go
