DTX9900 AC3 audio

I was comparing Analog to Digital converter boxes today. The Radio Shack DTX9900 says on the box. Mpeg 2 video decoding PLUS AC3 Audio Decoding. It has RCA L/R audio jacks. I dont know but could this be used for decoding the audio on the PBS stations? It sells for about 59.00.

Won't work because its purpose is to decode Dolby Digital from an ATSC terrestrial stream, not a DVB satellite signal. Sounds like one of the converter coupon eligible boxes, probably a clone of the Zenith/Insignia...

Its a rebranded Zenith..Well it was an idea...just a bad one.
