€ 1,995 in usd - Google Search

The analyzer product uses a dongle for copy protection. I have not used dongles for a very long time. But the experience then was a real pain. I do not see a US distributor listed.

If they would accept credit card as a form of payment, there is usually a currency conversion fee as well. YMMV

I use a dongle for a laser etcher here at work. All it is is a usb device that I believe contains license information for our software. It's rather unobtrusive, really.

They're unobtrusive until the connector gets maxed out while doing a massive job.

I remember playing with my uncle's AutoCAD home machine. Had a Parallel port dongle on a P4-Xeon workstation. Opening an all-layers-active file for anything remotely impressive took 15-mins. Every operation was cause for a license check.

I'm glad they've moved the dongles to USB 2.0 but they'll get maxed out eventually when the "feature-creep" catches up and the copy-protection software keeps requesting a check EVERY #$%^&* CPU CYCLE.

IMHO, those dongles are tumors. Cancer from the company. Required 'Cause Y'all Are Thieves!
That's what those dongles mean.

EDIT: That software looks to me like it's intended for a Modulator (for transmitting) not for Reception really.

The layout of the program looks a lot like TSReader.

Wonder if Rod had anything to do with this program.
